The event will include a poster session during the evening reception. We welcome abstract submissions and will update this page when the submission deadline is approaching.
Abstracts will be reviewed by the organizers to ensure that the topic submission is consistent with the symposium theme. Authors reserve the right to publish their work elsewhere.
Poster Guidelines
Two posters will be displayed on each side of the poster board. Our poster boards are 8 ft length x 4 ft height, as such, please make sure your poster is no larger than 3.5 ft length x 3.5 ft height to avoid overlapping posters with others. Please refer to the image for a sample size of board.
